two words. IN LOVE! this line has definitely been getting some serious fitting room time in the shop this season. gorgeous prints, unexpected details, fabrics so soft to the touch you’ll be feeling yourself. i could go on but i won’t.

the egg-shaped maxi is my absolute fav. sadly sold out now… but i just had to include it. sorry buddies… BUT there’s two more new styles on their way!

ladies we love

the day santina first came into the shop, i found out about it on twitter. i remember being so sincerely bummed that i missed meeting her but crazy happy when i found out she went home with a pair of silky floral pajama pants by TBA. the fact that santina loved these pants, (AND i will say, WELL before the floral pant trend that transfixes us now), it really made my day!

what i learned then (and many times over in the past year) is that things that you so sincerely believe in may not translate to the next person. but you need to keep trucking with what you believe in, regardless.

some time has passed now, and i’ve gotten to know santina a bit better. i’ve seen her keen eye as she navigates our shop and how she translates our pieces into her daily wardrobe. but more than that, i’ve felt her warm heart and her sincere spirit. and these qualities have made me admire her so much more.

clothes are a way to express ourselves, our style and a point-of-view. but they don’t make our heart. santina has a shit ton of heart and that’s the first thing you feel the moment that you meet her. i guess what i’m trying to say is that being around her illustrates even more that it isn’t the clothes that make us. we’re the ones that make them look good!

BENSIMON!

you literally can’t take a step without running into a bensimon shop in paris. and if you can’t find one… just look down. they’re pretty much on every chic parisian foot. i love them cause they’re comfortable as hell, super cute dressed up or down, and do great in the washing machine. wearing them in just makes them look all that much better!
